Job description

Peninsula House Warrington is a high rise site comprising of 82 family flats divided over 11 floors. As the Site Officer, you'll be the face of Stef & Philips to our vulnerable tenants. From their initial check-in, through regular inspections, dealing with any issues, to their check-out once they move on, you'll provide consistent support. You'll work carry out all remedial repairs and maintain upkeep of the building.

Job requirements

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Use company CRM system to log daily notes and all contact with tenants and agencies

  • Carry out check in and check out inspections and ensure Tenants are informed of their obligations

  • Ensure all complaints are recorded, reported and addressed accordingly.

  • Ensuring periodic inspections are completed and recorded through CRM syste

  • Carry out Health and Safety inspections.

  • Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring communal areas are kept clean and free of obstructions

  • Follow daily cleaning schedule

  • Carry out basic DIY on site

  • Identifying any maintenance issues and reporting these to Head Office (videos/ photos)

  • Responding to anti-social behaviors, and reporting to Head Office

  • Discussing tenants’ suitability for properties with Head Office on personal evacuation procedures.

  • Liaising with external contractors to provide access on site.

  • Report all incidents or potential hazards to Head Office (videos/ photos)

  • When lone working adhere to the Service Level Guideline at all times, ensuring any concerns are raised as appropriate.

  • Ensure relevant policies and standards are followed at all times on site

  • Attend training and development activity where appropriate

  • Respect people’s right to privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times

  • On occasion you will be required to complete ad hoc responsibilities as authorised by your Line Manager.

 

Skills & Knowledge

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Ability to prioritise workload

  • A proficiency in the use of MS Office including Outlook and Word.

  • Good administrative skills.

  • Previous experience in a similar position.

  • Working on own initiative without close supervision and as part of a team.

  • Working flexibly in responding to the varying demands of the role in order to achieve agreed outcomes.
